What you need for this position:
* 1+ year experience installing and maintaining Avaya Definity Line and/or IP Office Line REQUIRED
* 3+ years proven experience telecommunications installation and maintenance
* Communications systems knowledge, such as Merlin/Partner
What you will be doing:
* Service the Philadelphia tri-state area.
* Install and maintain Avaya Definity and/or IP Office telephone equipment
* Troubleshoot
* Occasional limited travel
