We are seeking a sharp and self-motivated IT professional with a background in CISCO networking and VoIP technologies to take on the role of IT Support Technician in the Orlando, FL office on the MMTS:IMS team.
This person will be responsible for the following:
Providing support with telephony and network issues
Interfacing with staff users to resolve problems
Managing (MAC) Move, Add, Change requests on Routers, Firewalls, and Cisco VoIP systems
Assisting Networking Integration team in in-house setup and configuration
Required Skills are as follows:
2+ years of experience as a support technician
Extensive support experience with Cisco Routers, Firewalls, Switching, VLANs
CCNA Certification
Support experience with Cisco VoIP technologies
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with users at all levels
Strong organization and tracking skills
