VoIP Customer Support
Job Description:
The Customer Support Representattive will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer support for our innovative VoIP products.
We are located in Monterey, California and offer an excellent working environment with competitive salary and performance-based commission.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming technical support calls and troubleshoot customers facing issues over the phone.
· Assist customers with installation of CyberData VoIP products.
· Perform customer callbacks as needed.
· Interact with higher-level technical groups/Engineers.
· Document and track customer’s problems, requests, actions and troubleshooting performed.
· Multitask a variety of responsibilities at once, including troubleshoot documentation while speaking with the customers; navigate numerous information sources while maintaining a high level of phone etiquette in an attempt to discover the root cause of an issue and provide the quickest route to satisfactory resolution.
Qualifications:
· 1 year of technical support or Customer Service experience.
· Strong Networking knowledge, including: LAN topology, IP routing, TCP/IP, VoIP.
· Strong Windows and Linux understanding.
· Network hardware understanding including: routers, switches, hubs, Ethernet
· Ability to assist customers while sitting at a single workstation for an extended period of time.
· Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment.
