Networking
General understanding of Voice communications (traditional PBX’s, IP Telephony, Dial plans)
Video communication vendors (Tandberg, Polycom, Cisco, etc.)
Video communication gateways (ISDN/IP)
Cisco’s Voice and Unified Communications products (Communications Manager, MeetingPlace, IP Communicator)
Cisco hardware (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
Expert understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack
Work Experience
Team player responsible for designing and implementing Unified Communication solutions for a global corporation in the areas of VoIP and Video.
Experience in implementing enterprise networks necessary to support Unified Communications.
Requirements
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA-Voice) required.
Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) required.
Cisco Certified Deisgn or Network Professional(CCNP/CCDP) a plus but not required.
