Sr. Operations Engineer (VoIP Interoperability specialist) The network operations Senior Operations Engineer will support Tellme’s transition from TDM to VoIP Telephony. The ideal candidate will demonstrate: • Strong knowledge of IP, Voice, VOIP and SS7 Signaling protocols and technologies • Hands-on experience with Sonus GSX/PSX/SGX, Acme Packets, Dialogic Media Gateways, or other VOIP carrier grade platforms • Significant experience interoperating and integrating with industry leading IP PBX solutions from Avaya, Nortel, Cisco and Microsoft • Strong IP networking background with Juniper experience • The ability to manage, evaluate and resolve service effecting issues that impact both internal and external customers • Unix system administration skills • Must be able to manage all material and personnel resources to perform essential duties satisfactorily • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • The ability to effectively support a technically demanding client base

Requirements:
Business Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 10 years combined experience in the Telecommunications and IP networking industries 2. > 5 years Technical leadership in Telephony or Data Networking 3. MSCS, MSEE or equivalent military/industry experience and training
