VoIP Engineer
Job Description:
Our client is an IT Services Company that specializes in providing IT services for small and medium sized businesses. Their services include: Outsource IT, Helpdesk, Managed Services, Network Audits, Network Upgrades, Application Integration, IT Strategic Planning and IP Telephony Systems within the OC Metro area. The Voice over IP Engineer will be responsible for various functions including planning, directing and coordinating systems design; equipment selection, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and documentation of the ShoreTel IP Telephony System.
Job Requirements:
Applicants should possess a strong knowledge in VoIP and Telecom; ShoreTel experience a definite plus. Must be extremely customer-service oriented and possess strong communication skills. Company offers bonuses, employee stock options, Insurance and 401k
