Modis in Glendale, CA is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented individual to fill the role of Cisco Security Engineer.
Our client is looking for Two Cisco VoIP Engineers to join there team for a 3 month contract in downtown Los Angeles. These engineers will be working on site in Los Angeles and interfacing with the team in Texas on this project.
First Position:
IP Telephony Engineer
You will be supporting the Cisco Unified CallManager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity voice messaging and unified messaging, Cisco Unity Express, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Cisco Unified Videoconferencing and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express and Cisco Call manager.
Second Position:
Cisco Security Engineer
Must be able to configure Cisco Firewall, FW service Modules, familiar with Cisco IPS’s. Must be able to work independently for trouble shooting the network security gear and be familiar with firewall and IPS fail over scenarios. Must have worked in Securing the VOIP and Call center environment. VOIP and Call Center experience is not required but is a big plus.
General Requirements:
• Work with VoIP engineering team to secure VoIP network
• Configure and install Cisco Networking Equipment
• Experience with Cisco PIX/ASA/FWSM
• Experience with Cisco Network Security Design
• Solid understanding of Cisco MARS and CSA
• Understanding of Symantec and McAfee products as used with Cisco technologies.
CCNA minimum certification.
CISSP not required, but desired.
