Under the direction of Business Applications, this position is accountable for designing, developing and deploying telecommunications VoIP and WEB UI applications within the LAMP environment using Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl and Java. Job Summary:

The Network Administrator’s role is to ensure the stable operation of the network. This individual will partner with the network management team to support voice and data networks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain monitor and troubleshoot Cisco network architecture including firewalls, Cisco switches, Cisco routers, VPN, wireless, and other configurations

• Ensure network functionality across WAN at all facilities.

• Troubleshoot telecommunication circuits while resolving outages with circuit providers.

• Negotiate contracts with third party vendors

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on network experience

• Experience with VPN, Cisco routing protocols and switching, IP subnets, Firewalls, Cisco Unified Communications product suite, and Internet Architectures.

• CCNP Cisco Certification strongly preferred

• Exceptional organizational and customer service skills

• Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, strong time-management and follow through skills
